Accor will start the very first resort under the Mondrian new from the Duxton Hill area in ancient 2023.
Mondrian Singapore is going to be a luxury lifestyle resort made by DP Architects and Studio Carter. The home will include a three-storey construction with attic suites, in addition to a modern tower which houses the vast majority of the resort’s 300 guest rooms, a rooftop bar and pool, lounge and restaurant.
Pasir Ris 8 by Allgreen Properties (Allgreen) and Kerry Properties (Kerry). Both companies are linked to Robert Kuok, a prominent businessman from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Sun You Ning, manager of Craig Road Property Holdings, states: “Mondrian Singapore provides guests a chance to keep in the core of Duxton Hill, a lively heritage conservation area surrounded by Michelin-starred eateries, award-winning pubs, along with iconic retail shops — all within walking distance to the CBD.”
It’s among the very first Mondrian properties which Accor will be launching after its purchase of sbe’s hotel brands. Accor Intends to open seven extra Mondrian resorts globally, such as Mondrian Gold Coast at 2023, Mondrian Shoreditch at 2Q2021, and Mondrian Bordeaux and Mondrian Cannes in France at 2022.
Last November, Accor announced a joint venture together with London-based proprietor and developer, Ennismore. The all-share merger may bring together a portfolio of 12 manufacturers, which comprises Mondrian.
